Our time spent on new hosting client packages and artwork and/or design orders is valuable.

There is no initial consultation fee for new clients.
The initial consultation includes 3 e-mails and/or  2 telephone calls at no fee.

Any telephone calls thereafter, not of an emergency situation (such as a site being offline due to server upgrades, etc), are referred to as Consultations.

Any telephone calls not of an emergency situation, will be billed to clients as a Consultation Service, if not purchased within the "Web Maintenance" product.

Any maintenance order has 2 - 15 minutes telephone calls included in the order.

We feel strongly that any questions can be resolved within a 15 minute time frame.

If the phone calls goes over 15 minutes, the fee begins at 20 USD per 30 minutes, as this is time we could be working on your order of one of our other clients.


In regards to e-mails:

Please be as clear and concise as possible in e-mails.
We request that you as a client, contact us whenever you need to, however, please attempt to be as detailed and precise in the letter to avoid you, as the client, and us, as the design service from writing more e-mails than needed to work on a order.
