Cuddle Creek specializes in Cube Cart Skins, Word Press Themes and Image Sliced layouts, but we are happy to build you what you need when our schedule permits.

All web design is exclusive, meaning there will never be another design exactly the same as your order.

1) Any and all artwork/designs are copyrighted to Cuddle Creek LLC, if you are purchasing artwork or a design as a custom, exclusive order, you are purchasing the rights to use the design/artwork for your exclusive use, but at no time do you "own" the artwork/design.

2) By purchasing artwork as a custom order, you are given the rights to use the artwork as an exclusive piece, meaning, Cuddle Creek LLC will not resell the artwork to the public.

3) By purchasing a Cube Cart skin made using Cuddle Creek LLC artwork for exclusive use, Cuddle Creek LLC will not resell the design to the public - however, if for some reason you choose not to use the design or switch to another type of e-commerce system other than Cube Cart,  and notify us of this fact, we reserve the right to resell the web design to the public or to use as a Cuddle Creek LLC layout if we choose to do so.

4) You may not resize or alter the design or artwork under any circumstances, you may not resell the design/artwork under any circumstances, or without written approval from Cuddle Creek LLC.
Artwork may not be sold or licensed without a written, signed, legally binding licensing agreement.

5) There are absolutely no refunds on any design or artwork piece that has been approved and delivered to you as these are digital products.

6)  If you have placed the design on your website, or have used for print ads, etc., and later request a rework of the order, please be advised there is no refund on the order which had already been sent to you. You will be required to place a new order with new fees.

7) No custom order will be started until Cuddle Creek LLC receives a down payment of half the estimated cost of the order. And the order will not be delivered to you, until the order has been approved by you, and the final payment has been made.

8) Cuddle Creek LLC is happy to provide payment plans if needed.

9) When ordering custom designs, it is important to be as precise as possible in your wants and needs, and it is important that you not accept work sent to you for approval if you are not totally happy with it as there are no refunds after work has been sent to you.
There are additional fees for any extra items you request such as matching blog, banners,buttons, etc., that were not requested at the time of your initial order.

10) Custom work will only be accepted when there is time to complete the order, you will be advised when there is a waiting list and we will not accept payments until the date when we are prepared to begin work.

11) Cuddle Creek LLC keeps in constant contact while your order is being created, we will contact anyone on a waiting list when the time arrives for us to begin work on your order due to our heavy workload.

12) No custom orders are accepted before the winter holidays (November - December) - you may inquire and place yourself on the waiting list, however we will not begin work until January.

13) Please note that price estimates, are only an estimate. As stated above any additional requests for items will require additional fees.
